Default Spell + Condition Stacking

I'm thinking of using a spell that causes 33% slower movement in my foe...
Would that stack with Cripple? Which causes 50%...
And if it does stack, to which point? (like 66%) ... or what?

Thanks in advance,

Crippled is always 50% snare. If you use 2 skills which cause crippling, the latter skill will simply renew the crippled.

I don't think thats what he meant...He's not asking if two cripple conditions will stack or not, he's asking whether another type of snare would stack on top of the cripple condition. And the answer to that would be yes, but only up until 66%.

-> Movement speed enhancements will not stack to exceed -50% or +33%.

When I saw D/W in Synthius' avatar, I had it in my head that he was thinking of something like Crippling Victory [attack] and Aura of Thorns.

There are exceptions like Winter's Embrace and Mind Freeze which are 90% speed reduction.

It's just like armor buffs, the highest higher buff you have wins. But if you have one skill that gives you +20 armor and another that gives you +15 armor, it will not exceed the +25 armor buff. But of course, if you use something like Dolyak's Signet, it can give you +40 armor buff.

You're absolutely right about the movement speed caps and their stacking effects, but the +armor cap from skills is actually +25, not +20.

To clarify what other people were saying (cus your anwser is a bit here and there now):
Crippled causes 50% reducement of movement speed.
Crippled is a condition, thus it can not stack, it can only be reapplied and/or lengthened.
Hexes and Crippled can stack to up to an effect of 50% of reduction of your movement speed.
Individual Hexes can cause movement speed over 50% (Icy Shackles, Winter's Embrace, Mind Freeze))
